Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Peter Stanley Training using the e-mail listed at the bottom of this policy.Cancellations will not be accepted over the telephone.
Cancellation of an order, after the order has been dispatched, will be refunded within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) in good condition and in their original packaging at the offices of Peter StanleyTraining Limited. Post and packing charges are non-refundable.
Return Policy
Peter Stanley Training wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase, however, if not completely satisfied, kindly return the item(s) within 15 days of receipt of goods and we will credit the customer for the purchase amount of the merchandise in accordance with this policy. Return post and packing and/or return shipping charges, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must be submitted in writing to the Peter Stanley Training using the email listed at the bottom of this policy. Returns will not be accepted over the phone. All returns must include a Return Authorization number provided by Peter Stanley Training.
Returned items must arrive at Peter Stanley Training in the same condition as when they were dispatched to the customer. Item(s) must be packaged appropriately and to the guidelines and specifications of the chosen carrier so as to protect them during shipping. Feel free to call Peter Stanley Training for guidelines as to shipping company guidelines/policy and specifications.
Damages
Deliveries should be thoroughly inspected the moment they arrive. Visible damages (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.) should be brought to the delivery drivers attention and noted on the receipt of goods.
All packing materials must be saved for inspection purposes if damages are noted. Damages must be noted to Peter Stanley Training within 3 days.
We will gladly replace or credit the customer for any losses except for post packing and or shipping charges. In the event the customer fails to notify Peter Stanley Training of any damages within the time frame above, the customer waives all rights to file a claim at a later date.

We will send you an e-mail to say we agree to sell and to confirm that we are able to complete the transaction. · Outside of the shipping options via the website
· We have the right to choose not to accept anyorder.
You can only order using this website at the prices and onthe terms published in it.
Prices and discounts
All prices in this website include UK VAT at 17.5%. The total VAT you have to pay will be shown on your invoice, which we will send to you with the goods along with an e-mail copy.
Please note that the price listed as the total of your order is always the value that you'll be charged. If you have further queries about the prices please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
UK Delivery
If we accept your order and the item is in stock, we aim to deliver between 4 and 10 working days.
If item is not in stock, we will advise you via email offering a full refund or an optimum time of when the order will be available for delivery.
The goods will be delivered to you by post or by courier parcel service. Goods should normally be delivered to addresses on the UK mainland by first-class post within 5 working days. Delivery to Northern Ireland, UK ,the EU and worldwide may take longer.
The courier or the Royal Mail will not deliver the goods unless someone at the delivery address signs to confirm that the goods have been delivered.
If goods sent by first-class post do not arrive within 7 working days, please contact us at the address below.
If there was no one available at the delivery address to receive the goods, please contact the courier or Royal Mail at the number shown on their "unable to deliver" card.
For all delivery methods, please inform us within 21 days if you have not received your expected goods. We regret that we are not able to accept claims for non-delivery after this period of time.
